COPING WITH COVID
I’m sure all of us are working on accepting our new reality- living in the quarantine. Masks are a way of life, distancing, hypervigilant hygiene, and the constant fear of an invisible threat. I used to just worry about silly fears like gaining weight, aging, politics, and pissing off my wife, but our new reality trumps (hah) all of that.
I’m still valiantly working in this stupid heat, complaining often, but grateful to have a job, and one that I love, most of the time. My clients are masked, we social distance at the nursery, and my poor crew toils away for me in the brutal weather. It’s such a joy to see my design vision come to life as we install this project in La Quinta. Before and after photos will be included soon.
I try to maintain an attitude of gratitude, even if some days are more of a challenge than others!
